Benalmádena Beach By-Lays Are Illegal Say Junta

According to reports in the press the new beach by-laws initially approved by the Town Hall in Benalmádena are illegal.
It is reported that the Junta de Andalucia say the by-laws that ban sunshades been used between  the hammocks and at the waterside and also bathing before 11am are illegal and go against the general interest of the Ley de Costas
It is reported that the Junta has said the new laws should be cancelled and also that the law could be contested, directly from the state, regional or local administration
