British Woman Facing 14 Years In Prison For Killing Husband

The accused and victim had been having an argument at the time of the incident

According to reports in the press the  prosecution has asked for a sentence of   14 years in prison for a woman who killed her husband after stabing him with a kitchen knife at their home in Benalmádena in 2010
It is understood the 49 year old British woman with the initials MI  had an argument with her ​​husband and then grabbed a knife and plunged it into the left shoulder. The victim died following the incident on July 26, 2010
In addition they are asking hor compensationto be paid to the family of the deceased in the amount of 195,000 euros and also asks there her passport be seized during the trial
