23 Years in Jail For Irish Man Found Guilty Of Murder

According to reports in the press the Málaga provincial court has sentenced the  Irishman, Eric Wilson, charged  to 23 years in prison. for the murder of 24 year old Briton, Daniel J. Smith, in a pub in Mijas Costa last year 
It is understood that the 27 year old was also ordered to pay 100,000 € compensation to the victim’s family and was banned  any contact with them for 35 years
He was sentenced yesterday after been found guilty last week by a Jury.
