Man Arrested For Allegedly Stabbing Barman Who Refused To Serve Him A Drink

Police in La Cala de Mijas have arrested a 37 year old British man who allegedly assaulted an Irish bartender who refused to serve him a drink because the bar was closed.
The Police spotted two men knocking on the door of a bar in Calle Fuengirola in the center of La Cala de Mijas around dawn . . The bartender opened the door and began talking to the two men. A fight then broke out and Police headed into the bar.
They found the bartender on the floor in a pool of blood with a knife wound to the back of the neck
The British man  who has been identified with the initials DWW was arrested along with the other person who was also identified as a British citizen
The bartender was transferred to hospital
