Man Who Caused Fatal Bus Crash That Killed Nine Finnish Tourists Sentenced

The judge in Criminal Court No. 9 in Malaga has sentenced the he driver of the car  that crashed into a bus on 19 April 2008 near  Benalmadena, which resulted in the death of   nine Finnish tourists  to three and half years in prison.
The defendent named with the initials JGR was found guilty of  nine offenses of reckless homicide ,twenty-seven offenses of negligence injury, and one count of reckless driving.
The man was also  banned from motor vehicles and motorcycles for five years,
