Malaga Court Rejects Appeal By Youth Who Was Found Guilty Murder Of MaryEster

The Malaga court has rejected the appeal made by the young man who was found guilty of the murder of Mary Esther in Arriate in January 2001
The court upheld his conviction and confirmed the sentence of eight years in prison and five years probation.
The defense team made their appeal in private on May 10th arguing a  breach of fundamental rights of their client
However the court rejected the appeal
