José Avila Roja Senteenced To Three And A Half Years

According to reports in the press the builder José Avila Roja has been sentenced to three and a half years in Jail for fraud by the La Sección Segunda de la Audiencia Provincial de Málaga 
It is understood the builder who is also ndicted in the Malaya case was convicted of continuing with the sale of three apartments in Marbella despite knowing they were not fit for habitation 
It is reported that he was also ordered to pay a fine of 20 euros a day for nine months and sentenced him to return, jointly with the company Naviro, the quantities payed by the three buyers, 67,641, 66,246 and 67,460 euros.
