Girl Undergos Plastic Surgery After Been Attacked By Dog

A 5 year old girl has had to have plastic surgery to her face after she was attacked by a dog in her home in  Benajarafe.
The attack happened earlier today when a dog entered the girls home and as the girls father approahed the dog it ran away and headed for the door just as the girl entered the room.Thedog then attacked the girl causing a wound to her face.
Her parents rushed her to Hospital Comarcal de la Axarquía but hsew was transfered to the Hospital Materno in Malaga where she underwent surgery.
It is understood that the dog has not been identified and is thought to be on the lose
