First Defendant In Malaya Case Acquitted

The freed man was accused of minor crimes in the case

According to reports in the press one of the defendants in the Malaya corruption case has been freed
Javier Pérez had been accused of  forgery and the prosecutor had demanded two years’ imprisonment
It is understood that he was acqitted after a deal was agreed with help from the defendents father who admitted that he paid bribes to Roca and Yagüe in exchange for a reduction in his sentence and that his son was acquitted
