Two Women Injured In Golf Buggy Accident In Alhaurin El Grande

Firecrews had to rescue two elderly women who lost control of their golf buggy and fell down a 10 metre slope at the Alhaurin Golf Course just outside the town of Alhaurin El Grande
The accident occurred at around 1150 yesterday and the two women sustained injuries that required hospitall treatment.
The rescue was hampered by the thick undergrowth and rocks  but eventually the two women carried out on stretchers and taken to the nearby residential complex before been transfered to Hospital
The 71 year old was transfered to hospital by helicopter while the 62 year old woman was taken by ambulance
