General Strike Called For March 29th

According to reports in the press  a General Strike will take place on the 29th March 
It is understood from the reports the Spanish trade led by the two main unions in Spain, CCOO and UGT voted today,
It is reported that the General Strike coincides with another strike called by the nationalist unions in the Basque Country and Navarra. It is also the day before  State Budgets for 2012 are revealed in Congress
However it has been announced that the Unions are willing to have talks with the Government
