Bioparc Fuengirola Left 71 Reptiles In British man’s Will

,
The owner of the snakes was a member of many British associations

According to reports in the press the Bioparc Fuengirola has been  left 71 reptiles by a British Resident
It is understood that Nick Standen who lived in the Málaga village of Benamargosa left the reptiles to the Zoo as he wanted to leave his collection in the hands of a place  which shared his philosophy on nature and the conservation
His collection which was made up of 12 different species included rare species such as Angola Python (Python anchietae) a species that there is only one in a zoo in Europe and just 63 in the world.Another is  a ring tree boa ((Corallus annulatus annulatus) and a Madagascar boa (Sanzinia madagascariensis
The collection is already adapting to their new home but they are not on show to the public as yet.
