Woman Gives Birth In Street In Pizarra

According to reports in the press a woman gave birth in a street in the town of Pizarra
Iy is reported that the Romanian woman  gave birth with the help from two Local Police officers after her waters broke early on Wednrdsay
It is understood that a local police patrol  were informed that a woman had gone into labour and on arrival at the scene it was determined that their was no time to take her to hospital or even wait for an ambulance so the officers took over and delivered the baby
