Two Costa Del Sol Hotels Puchased By Obsido Invesmnet Group

The Obsido estate investment group has created a hotel division that aims to expand in the Costa del Sol and has started by purchasing two hotels,Diana Park, Estepona and the Marbella Inn that were in bankruptcy and serious difficulties
The group which is led by Hakan Norwegian Tollefsen and Spanish Joaquin Hinojosa has invested 12 million euros to purchase and modenize the two hotels
Obsido is part of an international conglomerate which operates  in 14 countries, with interests in both real estate development and hotel management.
It is thought that work will begin and that the company will invest more on the Costa Del Sol
