Blow To Head With Toy May Have Caused Death Of Two Month Old Baby

According to reports in the press a blow with a toy from a 4 year old sibling might have been the cause the death of the two month old baby who died last week in Malaga
It is understood the  autopsy conducted on the body determined that the death was caused by head injury, apparently as a result of a blow, as reported by police today in a statement. 
 
It is reported that the older sibling was very jealous of the new baby from the moment his mother became pregnant.
 
It is also reported that the mother suffered a seizure following the death and is being teated in Mijas
 
The National Police has referred the case to the magistrate .
