Arrests Made In Connection With 31 Robberies

According to reports in the press a gang of thieves have been arrested in connection with numerous robberies in Malaga Province It is understood that an investigation by the National Police and the Guardia Civil led to the arrest of the suspects at a rented home in Mijas Costa. It is reported that the two suspects who have been named as VR 23 and EK 27, both natives of Albania allegedly entered the homes by forcing the drills while wearing masks to avoid identification According to the reports it is thought the suspects are responsible for 31 burglaries in Malaga, Antequera and the Costa del Sol where they stole jewelry, cash and even vehicles. The Police recovered most of the stolen vehicles , but it is understood that the investigation continues , and more arrests have not been ruled out. It is also reported that connections with other robberies and those arrested have not been ruled out either
