Alhaurin El Grande Finally Gets New Health Center

According to reports in the press the  new health center in Alhaurín el Grande will finally opened its doors today
It is understood that the the center which was  inaugurated  more than four months ago was again  inaugurated in a ceremoney attened by the mayor, Juan Martin Seron, and the Provincial Delegate for Health, María Antigua Escalera, yesterday

The building, which is also houses   the officers of the aparcamientos {parks} and dependencias municipales{ municipal offices} cost around  4.4 million The SAS provided 1.5 million and 400,000 more for the equipment with the rest coming from the town hall.
The new health center doubles the number of previous consultation rooms in the old center  and adds new services such as digital radiography, lactation room, physiotherapy and retinography.
