Plan To Encourage Reading Among Young People Launched In Velez-Malaga

The Town of  Velez-Malaga in collaboration with the concejalía de Juventud  {Department of Youth} is to take part in the global movement known as ’Bookcrossing’, a phenomenon consisting of leaving books in public places for collection by other readers, who then do the same.
It is understood it is hoped that this will encourage reading among young people and the free circulation of literary works not only in the town but in  other parts of the province.
