According to reports in the press a 33 year old man was rescued off the coast of Maro after he broke his femur while water skiing
It is understood the emergency services rescued the man at around 16.05 today after he was unable to leave the sea due to his injury
The injured man was transfered to the hospital comarcal. for treatment
