Tough New Fines For Dumping Rubbish In Vélez-Málaga

According to reports in the press the Town Hall in Vélez-Málaga have introduced tough new fines for people who do not put out thier rubbish at the correct times
It is reported that waste must be placed  in the appropriate containers from 21:00, between the months of April and October , while from November to March, residents can take their rubbish out  after 19.00.
It is reorted that people who fail to obey the rules face fines ranging between 90 and 300 euros for minor offenses, from 301 to 600 euros, for the more serious offences  and between 601 to 30,000 euros for very serious violations
People can also be fined for dropping litter and not cleaning up after thier prtsstipulated as well serious
