Malaga Province Shows Increase In House Sales By Foreigners

Figures released by the Ministerio de Fomento have shown that Malaga is ranked second in the country in terms of an increase in housing sales by foreign investors.
Sales have increased by 8.7% compared to same period of 2011. During the first nine months there were 1,111 , a figure only beaten by Alicante that saw 2,501 sales.
The top five provinces also included Barcelona (692), Baleares (605) and Gerona (586).
Between January and September there were 225,297 sales nationally down 6.8% compared to 2011
In Andalucia there was an increase of 4.8% in sales
