Most Defendants Acquitted In Troya Corruption Case

Only two of the twenty accused now face charges

According to reports in the press 18 of the 20 accused in the Alhaurin El Grande corruption case know as Troya have been freed and acquitted
It is understood the prosecutor, Juan Calvo Rubio decided to only continue the case against the PP Mayor, Juan Martín Serón, and the Town Planning Councillor, Gregorio Guerra after reviewing all the evidence
It is reported in the press the two men will only face charges of bribery and if found guilty will face a two million €
The case is set to restart on the 16th December
