Ex Mayor Of Alcaucín Arrested Again

According to reports in the press José Manuel Martín Alba the ex Mayor of Alcaucín was arrested at his home this morning in connection with the  real estate corruption  case known by the name Arcos
It is understood that a further seven civil servants and more arrests have not been ruled out. 
It is reported that the Guardia Civil also searched  the offices of the Patronato Provincial de Recaudación in Málaga today along with some lawyers offices and private homes.
The case started a few years ago when 50 people were accused of been involved in the case which centered around illegal construction and legalisation of homes built on non-buildable land in the Axarquía. Three years ago the ex mayor was sent to prison for three months as a result of the case
