Tram Service In Vélez Málaga To Stop Running

Accoording to reports in the press the town hall in Vélez Málaga has announced that the towns tram service will stop operating before the begining of November
It is understood that the  ever increasing debt with the company which manages the tram service in Vélez Málaga is the reason behind the decison to end the service
It is reported that the town hall which had managed to reduce its outstanding debt to Travelsa to 1.6 million €, said that  is unable to meet the cost alone without the help of the regional government
