In the area of Cruz de Humilladero in Malaga playing football in the square could be an expensive pastime for parents of the children taking part.
Signs have been posted around the area saying that activities such as kicking aball against shutters and homes , performing acrobatics and skills with bikes, skates or skateboards or any other activity that could endanger the physical safety of other users or cause damage to the goods, services and facilities could be considered to be  serious misdemeanors and carry fines of up to 750 euros.
The plan is the first of its kind to attempt to takle antisocial behavior . If sucessful the idea could spread to other areas of the city
