Off Duty Policeman Foils Violent Robbery

The Policeman was enjoying a day off with his family

According to reports in the press an off duty Policeman arrested a thief as he allegedly attempted to rob a woman.
 
It is understood the National policeman who is stationed at Malaga airport was walking along calle Pelayo with his family when he heard a woman's cry for help
 
It is reported the alleged thief attacked the woman as she got out of a taxi and was attempting to enter her apartment block . It is understood that he threatened to kill the woman.
 
The incident happened om January 17th and the 49 year old thief who has a
criminal record for violent robberies was ordered to prison two days later
